EDC Las Vegas — the Electric Daisy Carnival — is the largest electronic music festival in North America and the single most challenging multi-night ground-transportation event on the U.S. festival calendar. The festival runs Friday through Sunday at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, which sits twenty-five miles north of the Las Vegas Strip on Las Vegas Boulevard / I-15, and the entire festival workflow happens overnight — gates open at 7 p.m., the kineticFIELD mainstage runs through 5:30 a.m., and the sunrise return back to your Strip hotel or Downtown Fremont Street base lands somewhere between 6 a.m. and 8 a.m. depending on the post-show traffic flow off Speedway Boulevard. Resort-pool day-clubs at Wet Republic, Encore Beach Club, KAOS, Marquee Dayclub, and Ayu Dayclub run pre-festival daytime stops that operators on our network coordinate as pre-staged additions to the EDC night itinerary.

Airport arrivals before the EDC weekend concentrate at Harry Reid International (LAS) — formerly McCarran International — three miles east of the Strip with direct flights from every major U.S. metro and a Friday-afternoon arrival ramp that absolutely floods the festival weekend. Multi-flight EDC group arrivals at LAS are coordinated through executive Sprinter vans and luxury SUVs with bag-loaded drop-off at the Strip or Downtown host hotel. Extended hourly service may be available including up to 12-hour overnight service blocks depending on operator availability — essential for groups that want a private vehicle and dedicated dispatch coordination across the 7 p.m. gate run, the all-night festival hold, the sunrise return, and a late-morning sleep-and-go pool-club pickup the next afternoon.
